The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 09, 2024, notified regarding the Submission of Half Yearly Net-worth Certificate as of March 31, 2024.
The following has been stated:
• It has stated that all Clearing Members of Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) as of March 31, 2024, who have selected ICCL as a Designated Clearing Corporation are required to submit a Net-worth certificate in the prescribed format to ICCL.
• The Details of the documents required to be submitted are mentioned in the attached Annexures. Clearing Members are hereby requested to submit a net-worth certificate, computation of base net worth and variable net worth as of March 31, 2024, as per formats (as applicable) prescribed by ICCL in Annexures latest by May 31, 2024.
• The Clearing Members are required to upload the necessary documents online through the Electronic Filing system (IEFS). The path for submission of the Net-worth certificate is specified in the User¬-manual.
