Industry Specific Compliance The Andaman & Nicobar Administration on April 08, 2024, notified regarding some of the health power drinks claiming as energy drinks.

The following has been stated:

• It has been recommended that No drinks, beverages and other similar products should be sold under the category of "Health Drink" in stores/shops in the respective States/UTs.

• It has advised the general public to refrain from buying drinks/beverages claiming to be "Health Drink" as these ads are misleading.
