Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department, Maharashtra on April 24, 2024, issued the notification regarding the amendment to notification no. PFT-2014/CR-38/Taxation-3 dated August 21, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In the schedule after entry (9) the following shall be inserted namely: -

"10 - The Employer who is liable to file the return along with the payment and where the due date prescribed to file said return falls between the 1st March 2024 to 31st March 2024 but could not file the return due to technical difficulties."
