The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on April 26, 2024, issued a notification regarding the System Audit of Trading Members.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that trading members shall conduct a system audit for the period ended March 31, 2024, as per the applicability criteria given in ‘Annexure A’.
• It also states that trading members shall submit corrective action reports for each non-compliance reported by auditors within specified timelines, with auditors subsequently categorizing compliance status as Compliant or Non-Compliant on ENIT after reviewing corrective action details.
• It specifies that the submission of the system audit report shall be deemed complete when the trading member submits it to the Exchange along with management comments. Additionally, auditors must categorize the compliance status for each TOR item as Compliant/Non-Compliant/Not Applicable, justifying non-applicable TOR items.
• It mentions that the details of Penalties/disciplinary action(s)/charges have been provided in Annexure D.
