The Government of Himachal Pradesh on April 23, 2024, issued the remunerative price for the purchase and sale of apples.
The following has been stated:
• It has stated that to ensure freshness and quality of the fruit further to realize remunerative price, shall be as such in the manner as specified in the Table.
• The Specification of the universal carton is specified in the Table.
• It has further stated that if any, residual effects such as use of any insecticides/pesticides/fungicides, waxing and whether organic produce, certification thereto etc., may be mentioned on the label to be affixed on the standard carton.
