The Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying (MoFAHD) on March 22, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Circulation of Amended Implementation Guidelines for National Livestock Mission.
The Department has submitted a proposal to modify the existing National Livestock Mission, which has been approved by the Cabinet. The modification includes the addition of new activities in the sub-missions and a revision of the funding pattern for the Livestock Mission.
Following this approval, the Empowered Committee under the Secretary (Animal Husbandry and Dairying) has also approved the amendment of the existing guidelines during their meeting on 18th March 2024. The amended guidelines, attached herewith, should be considered as an addendum to the existing Implementation Guidelines and should be read in conjunction with them.
