The following has been stated namely: -
• This is in replacement of all earlier circulars issued to the participants for the Capital Market Segment of NCL.
• Various circulars issued by the Clearing Corporation during the period from April 01, 2023, to March 31, 2024, are consolidated in this circular
• It has been divided into the following parts namely: -
o Part A – Summary of important circulars issued during the period from April 01, 2023, to March 31, 2024
o Part B – Detailed Consolidated Circular
o Part C – List of Formats and Annexure
o Part D – List of reports
o Part E – List of reports in a standardized format
o Part F – Clearing and settlement mechanism for OFS and Tender-Offers
