Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Tamil Nadu on December 20, 2024, issued a notification extending the due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B has been extended for the month of November 2023 till December 27, 2023.

• This is applicable for the registered persons whose principal place of business is in the districts of Chennai, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu, and Kancheepuram in the State of Tamil Nadu and is required to furnish a return.
