The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 30, 2024, issued the Master Circular - Listing Compliance.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This circular is the consolidation of all the previous circulars issued by the Listing Compliance as on March 31, 2024.
• The Formats specifying disclosure of Corporate Governance by High value debt listed entities have been stated
• The Guidance Note on the SEBI circular regarding non-compliance with certain provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for suspension and revocation of trading of specified securities has been stated
