The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on April 29, 2024, issued the Capital Market Consolidated Circular NCL.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is in replacement of all earlier circulars issued to the participants for the Capital Market.
• Various circulars issued by the Clearing Corporation during the period from April 01, 2023, to March 31, 2024, are consolidated in this circular
• It has been divided into the following parts namely: -
o Part A – Summary of important circulars issued during the period from April 01, 2023, to March 31, 2024
o Part B – List of rescinded sections or items of relevant circulars during the period April 01, 2023 to March 31, 2024 with recissions
o Part C – Contents of Consolidated Circular
o Part D – Format of various reports and files provided by the Exchange
o Part E – Format for Contingency Pool trading facility
o Part F – Format and checklist of Proprietary Undertaking
