Commercial ComplianceThe Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on May 03, 2024, issued a notification regarding the suspension of inoperative SIONs.

The following has been stated: -

•The SIONs as in Annexure "A" have been observed to be inoperative over the last 5 years and the same shall be suspended with immediate effect.
