The Labour Department, Puducherry on April 23, 2024, issued the notification regarding the launch of online service for the amendment of the Registration Certificate under the Building and Other Construction Workers Act.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Online services have been launched for the Amendment of Registration Certificates under the Building and Other Construction Workers Act through the Government of India web based application Service Plus portal
• Receiving of application and granting of amended RC under the Building and Other Construction Workers Act is made online with effect from March 27, 2024.
• Applications in respect to the Amendment of Registration Certificate under the Building and Other Construction Workers Act shall be received and granting of amended RC under Building and Other Construction Workers Act shall be done only online through ServicePlus portal.
