The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on April 30, 2024, issued the Master Circular for Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Exchange has consolidated all the applicable circulars on Dispute Resolution Mechanism issued up to March 31, 2024.
• Members are to comply with these norms, in letter and spirit, on a continuous basis.
• In case of any inconsistency between the Master Circular and the applicable circulars, the content of the relevant circular shall prevail.
• Circular is categorized as following: -
o Part A – Investor Grievances
o Part B – Arbitration
o Part C – Circular References
