Commercial ComplianceThe Ministry of Mines on May 03, 2024, issued the Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys (Quality Control) Order, 2023.

This shall come into force on May 03, 2024.

The following amendment has been stated namely: -

• In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted: 

o “(2) This Order shall come into force with effect from 01.12.2024.”
