Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Mines on May 03, 2024, notified the Copper (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Copper (Quality Control) Order, 2023.

The following has been stated

•In the Copper (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the “(2) This Order shall come into force with effect from 01.12.2024.” subparagraph shall be substituted.
