The Government of Odisha on May 03, 2024, issued operational guidelines for Employment Cost Subsidy under the Odisha MSME Development Policy, 2022.
The following has been stated: -
•With Reference to Para 7.9 of Odisha MSME Development Policy, 2022 these guidelines are framed.
•Terms and expressions used in this operational guideline, but not specifically defined here, shall have the same meaning as in Odisha MSME Development Policy, 2022.
•Time frame for filing application: Eligible units shall file their claim in the AIM portal, annually within six months from the end of the respective financial year. Applications received beyond the specified time frame shall be rejected. However, the Government may consider condonation of delay for filing of an application as per provisions in Odisha MSME Development Policy, 2022.
•The Procedure to avail of Employment Cost Subsidy (Scrutiny, Approval, and Rejection) is specified.
