Labour ComplianceThe Office of the Commissioner (labour) Govt. of NCT of Delhi on May 02, 2024, directed that the license fee amount paid by the placement agency shall be deposited in the Head 0230 Labour and Employment 00106 fees under the contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition Rules).

It is stated that a fee of Rs. 5000/- is to be deposited for the grant of license by the Private Placement Agency while applying for the grant of license.
