Labour ComplianceThe Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on May 07, 2024, notified the Public Utility Services (Fifth Order) 2024.

The following has been stated: -

•The Central Government hereby declares the services engaged in the Lead and Zinc Mining Industry to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a further period of six months with effect from May 09, 2024
