Labour ComplianceThe Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on May 07, 2024, issued the Public Utility Services (Second Order) 2024.

The following order is as follows:

The Central Government hereby declares the services engaged in the Uranium industry to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act, for a period of six months with effect from May 07, 2024. 

It shall come into force from May 07, 2024.
