Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (MoCAFPD) on May 07, 2024, notified regarding the enforcement date of the amendment in the Food Corporations Act, 1964.

It states that the provisions of the Act, in so far as it relates to amendments in the Food Corporations Act, 1964, specified against serial number 17 of the Schedule to the said Act, shall come into force on May 07, 2024.
