The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on May 07, 2024, issued a notification regarding the non-receipt of the annual evaluation report for the year 2023-2024.
The following has been stated: -
•The Annual Assessment Report for the year 2023-2024 is to be consolidated and thereafter the consolidated report is to be sent.
•Therefore, it is to be ensured that a report to the email ID [email protected] by May 13, 2024 (The report form is also available on the website of ESIC Corporation). Also, the reason for sending the report late should also be informed to the headquarters.
•The list of names of offices/hospitals that have not sent the report by May 13, 2024, will be submitted to the competent authority for further action.
