The National Medical Commission (NMC) on May 02, 2024, issued clarification regarding Guidelines for Undergraduate Courses under the Establishment of New Medical Institutions, Starting of New Medical Courses, Increase of Seats for Existing Courses, and Assessment and Rating Regulations, 2023.
The following has been stated: -
•It is clarified that the "Guidelines for Undergraduate Courses under the Establishment of New Medical Institutions, Starting of New Medical Courses, Increase of Seats for Existing Courses, and Assessment and Rating Regulations, 2023" are prospective and become applicable from August 16, 2023.
