Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E) on May 07, 2024, issued the Public Utility Services (Third Order) 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The services engaged in the ‘Copper Mining Industry’ is declared to be a public utility service.

• This is for a period of six months with effect from May 07, 2024.
