Labour Compliance The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on May 07, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Utilization of Near-Expiry Medicines.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The lists of near-expiry medicines available in the Medical Store have been attached to the notification.

• The requirement, if any, has to be submitted so that the said medicines will be utilized before their expiration.
