Finance & Taxation Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on May 10, 2024, notified regarding the Enabling provisions for the import of inputs that are subjected to mandatory Quality Control Orders (QCOs) by Advance Authorisation holders, EOU and SEZ – Reg.

The following has been stated:

• In pursuance of Notification No. 71/2023 dated March 11, 2024, the Ministry of Mines has been added to the list of Ministries/Departments under Appendix 2Y of Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, with immediate effect.
