EHS Compliance The Government of Haryana on May 09, 2024, issued a notification regarding the prevention of the spread of Cholera.

The following has been stated: -

•In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2 of the Epidemic Disease Act, 1897 it is directed that the order dated December 10, 1994, for the prevention of the spread of Cholera, issued vide Haryana Government endst. No. 46/03/95- 5HBII, dated April 11, 2023, shall remain in force in the whole State of Haryana up to December 31, 2024.
