The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 14, 2024, notified regarding the amendment in the Market Maker framework of S&P BSE SENSEX and S&P BSE BANKEX Options in Equity Derivatives Segment.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It is with reference to notice no. 20230922-37 dated September 22, 2023, related to the framework of Market Maker in S&P BSE SENSEX Options and S&P BSE BANKEX Options contracts in the Equity Derivatives Segment.
• It specifies that the Exchange has made partial modifications in the framework with effect from Monday, July 1, 2024.
• It specifies that members willing to act as Market Maker in S&P BSE SENSEX Options and S&P BSE BANKEX Options shall submit their application through the BEFS portal starting from Monday, June 24, 2024, with the applicability date as Monday, July 01, 2024, onwards.
