The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on May 14, 2024, notified regarding the Market Maker framework for Single Stock Derivatives in Equity Derivatives Segment.
The following has been stated:
• The Trading members are requested to note that the Exchange will introduce a Market Maker framework for members willing to act as Market Maker in Single Stock Futures and Options contracts in the Equity Derivatives segment with effect from Monday, July 01, 2024.
• The list of eligible securities:
o Single Stock Futures.
o Single Stock Options.
• The Trading members are requested to refer to the attached annexure for detailed guidelines on the Market Maker framework and a list of eligible stocks (56 Stocks- Combined) for Market Making.
• The Member can register as Market Maker for Single Stock Derivatives in the Equity Derivatives segment by submitting their application through the BEFS portal starting from Monday, June 24, 2024, with the applicability date as Monday, July 01, 2024, onwards.
