Labour Compliance The UT Administration of Dadar and Nagar and Daman and Diu on March 28, 2024, notified regarding the grant of paid holiday on the day of the Poll on account of the General Elections.

It is stated that all the electors who are employees of Government Offices, Semi-Government Offices, Local Bodies, Public Sector, Establishments, and Shops including those who work on a shift basis shall be granted a paid holiday on the day of poll in the Constituency where the General Election is to be held.
