The Government of Puducherry on May 13, 2024, issued a notification regarding the revision of wages of persons engaged as Full-Time Casual Labourers Orders.
The following has been stated: -
• Consequent to the enhancement of the rate of Dearness Allowance from 46% to 50% in respect of regular Government Employees with effect from January 01, 2024, who are drawing pay as per 7th Central Pay Commission recommendations, the wages of persons engaged as Full Time Casual Labourers (FTCL) in various Departments in the U.T. of Puducherry shall stand revised with effect from January 01, 2024.
