The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on May 14, 2024, notified regarding the Unified fee payment for the Issue of Flight Radio Telephone Operators License (Restricted) on the e-Governance of Civil Aviation (eGCA) platform.
The following has been stated:
• The examination fee for FRTOL-R has been merged with the fee for the Issue of FRTOL-R. With this provision of unified fee payment, the need for payment of Rs. 500 separately and enclosing the payment receipt in the application has been dispensed with.
• The Duly updated user manual with the affected change has been made available on the DGCA website. All concerned stakeholders are advised to read and understand the same before availing of the service.
This notification will come into force from June 01, 2024.
