Commercial Compliance The Government of Himachal Pradesh on March 15, 2024, issued amendments in the H.P. Bonded Warehouse Rules, 1987.

The following amendments have been stated:

• Sub-rule 5 (A) of rule 5 shall be substituted as under:-

“The letter of intent for the establishment of Bonded Warehouse shall be granted subject to payment of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Eight Lakh only) and every extension in time allowed thereafter shall be subject to payment of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh only) each.”

This notification will come into effect from April 01, 2024.
