Commercial Compliance The Government of Himachal Pradesh on March 15, 2024, issued amendments in the Himachal Pradesh Excise Bonded Warehouses Rules, 1987.

This shall come into force on April 01, 2024.

The following has been amended namely: -

• In the rule 5, which states "the words, signs and figure “Rs 14,00,000/- (Fourteen Lakh Only) for each license in form BWH-2 (IMFL) & BWH-2 (CL) and Rs. 28,00,000/- (Twenty-Eight Lakh only) for BWH-2 (CL & IMFL), shall be substituted with -

o BHW-2 (IMFL) = 15 lakh

o BHW-2 (CL) = 15 lakh

o BHW-2 (CL & IMFL) = 30 lakh
