The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on May 15, 2024, issued direction under RE (R&D) Rules, 2017, regarding Non-receipt of hard copies of QPRs.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that as promoters were instructed earlier to open a web-page and submit details of the progress of construction of their real estate projects every quarter in online mode within 15 days of expiry of the quarter.
• It specifies that few promotors were not complying with the direction of the authority and submitting the hard copies of the QPRs in offline mode, henceforth, the authority shall not accept any copy of QPRs submitted in offline mode.
