Industry Specific ComplianceThe Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on May 16, 2024, notified regarding the provision to FBOs to update the filed modification application of license/registration in FoSCoS.

It is stated that the authority has introduced an additional provision in FoSCoS which shall allow FBOs to cancel their Modification Application and apply for updated modification application.
