Labour Compliance The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on May 13, 2024, notified regarding the drugs that are not of Standard Quality on testing procured through the GeM Portal.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It is stated that Tab. Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride IP 500, does not comply with the test "Dissolution" as per IP and hence it shall be declared as "Not of Standard Quality".

• It is specified that the Pharmaceuticals shall immediately stop using the reported batch of this drug.
