The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on May 15, 2024, notified regarding the removal of Directions from the website under the category of "Orders & Circulars”.
The following has been stated:
• It has earlier stated that the promoters of the real estate projects registered under ORERA are required to submit QPR u/s 11 (1)(e) of RE (R & D) Act, 2016 and Rule 15 (1) (d) of Odisha RE (R & D) Rules, 2017 within 15 days from expiry of each quarter and most of the promoters submit their QPR routinely after the end of every quarter. A direction u/s 37 of the RE (R&D) Act vide No. 4791 dated August 19, 2023, was issued by the Authority for submission of all backlog QPRs by October 31, 2023, and next by January 15, 2024.
• Since these deadlines allowed in both of the above Directions have already expired, it has been decided to withdraw/remove such Directions from the website under the category of "Orders & Circulars".
