Commercial ComplianceThe Mizoram Pollution Control Board (MPCB) on January 19, 2024, issued the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for new Petrol Pumps.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The documents required for seeking Consent to Establish (CTE) are stated

• The conditions for the new petrol pumps while selecting the site and installation of the pump as directed by the NGT Order and the guidelines of the Central Government have been stated

• Documents required for consent to operate have been stated.
