EHS ComplianceThe Meghalaya State Pollution Control Board (MSPCB) on February 20, 2024, notified the Application fees & Annual Processing Fees for Plastic Waste Processors and Producers Importers Brand Owners.

The applicant shall pay the application fees as per details given in the Table along with the application for Registration.

Fees for renewal of Registration shall be the same as the Registration fee.

25% of Application fees are to be paid as Annual Processing Fees at the time of filling annual returns.
