The National E-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL) on May 17, 2024, notified regarding an update in the Maharashtra Stamp Duty Calculator.
The following has been stated:
• It has invited the attention of NeSL DDE users to take note of the updated Stamp Duty Calculator provided by the Inspector General of Registration, Maharashtra under the NeSL DDE-10D platform taking reference to communique No. NeSL/DDE/2023/0111 dated December 28, 2023.
• This is applicable only to Banks and NBFCs that are registered with the NeSL 10D platform.
