The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on May 17, 2024, notified regarding the extension of DG-ESIC Rate Contract Nos. 142C-146C for 475 nos. of Drugs manufactured by Indian manufacturers, up to October 31, 2024, or till the finalization of the New Rate Contract (whichever is earlier), subject to adherence to the following conditions: -
• Supply orders should be placed ONLY on First Preference Holders.
• Willingness of the firm to supply on the same Terms & Conditions, as approved in DG ESIC Rate Contract(s) 142C, 143C, 144C, 145C & 146C.
• No order should be placed in respect of drugs, which have been found to be 'Not of Standard Quality' on test analysis.
• Amendments/orders already issued, from time to time in respect of drugs of DGESIC RC's 142C, 143C, 144C, 145C & 146C have to be taken into consideration while placing the supply orders.
