EHS ComplianceThe Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) on May 17, 2024, issued a notification regarding an extension of the timeline for filing of quarterly and annual returns under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022.

The following has been stated: -

•The timeline for filing of annual and quarterly returns by the registered entities for FY 2023-24 has been extended till June 30, 2024.
