The Chhattisgarh RERA on May 20, 2024, notified regarding the submission of quarterly update (January 2024 - March 2024) report of the Real Estate Project in the CG-RERA web portal.
The Authority issues the following instructions regarding increasing the period for submitting quarterly updates without late fee for the quarter from January 2024 to March 2024: -
For the quarterly period from January 2024 to March 2024, the last date for submission of quarterly updates without a late fee is extended from May 31, 2024, to June 30, 2024. In case of quarterly updates after the said date, a late fee will be payable as per the due date.
