Industry Specific Compliance The Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCRR) on May 20, 2024, notified regarding the Update in KYC Records -Originated on account of recently introduced customer-centric facilities.

The following has been stated:

• It has been advised all the REs to sensitize their staff to proactively resolve the grievances of customers at their end and not to redirect to CKYCRR as any modification/correction in the CKYCR Registry can be done at the RE end only.
