The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on May 24, 2024, issued a notification regarding the extension of the date for seeking comments/suggestions on Draft Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•On the request of the stakeholders, the last date for submission of comments/suggestions/ objections is extended till June 03, 2024.
•The comments/ suggestions/ objections received after the stipulated date in the Commission’s office may not be considered while finalizing these regulations.
