The Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPERC) on May 22, 2024, issued the draft Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Tariff Determination of energy from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•Persons intending to file suggestions/objections/comments on the draft Regulation may send latest by June 14, 2024.
•The Commission shall hold a public hearing on June 18, 2024, at 11:00 AM through video conferencing. The persons who have filed their suggestions/objections/comments in writing with the Commission within the stipulated period may intimate their mobile number and e-mail ID to participate in a public hearing as per the relevant guidelines available on the Commission's website.
