Secretarial Compliance The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on May 24, 2024, issued a Reminder for Submission of Half Yearly Net Worth Certificate as of March 31, 2024.

The following has been stated:

• The Members are advised to submit the Half Yearly Net Worth Certificate by May 31, 2024, electronically through ENIT in the prescribed format and comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid any penalties/disciplinary actions as prescribed by the NCL Circular No. NCL/CMPL/61844 dated April 30, 2024.
