Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance, (MoF), on May 27, 2024, issued a notification regarding Section 206AB.

The following has been stated-

The Central Government hereby notifies the Reserve Bank of India to be a person referred to in the said clause

Section 206AB states a Special provision for the deduction of tax at source for non-filers of income-tax returns.

This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
