Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) on May 28, 2024, notified the Drugs (Third Amendment) Rules, 2024 further to amend the Drugs Rules, 1945.

The following has been stated: -

•In rule 43A, for the words “Bengaluru and Visakhapatnam”, the words “Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam, Cochin, and Thiruvananthapuram” shall be substituted.

They shall come into force on May 28, 2024.
