The Bhubaneshwar Development Authorities on May 21, 2024, issued a notification regarding Activities under the Odisha Apartment (Ownership & Management) Act, 2023.
All promoters and secretaries of the Association of Allottees of Apartments within the Bhubaneswar Development Authority's jurisdiction are at this moment informed that activities under the Odisha Apartment (Ownership & Management) Act, 2023 have commenced. These activities include the registration of associations of allottees (Section 14), the adoption of Model-Bye laws by previously registered associations of apartment owners or allottees (sub-section 1 of Section 15), and the registration of declarations (Section 9).
It is advised to submit your applications in the prescribed forms provided in the Odisha Apartment (Ownership & Management) Rules, 2024, along with the requisite documents as outlined in the checklist available on our website.
Additionally, applicants must pay a processing fee of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand) for every 50 apartments (or part thereof) in the project. This fee should be deposited after receiving an intimation letter from the office of the Competent Authority.
